Biopsy of Skin Lesions

You are required to see the doctor for assessment prior to booking this type of appointment.

When booking for any procedure, please advise our reception staff. You will need at least a 30 minute to an hour with the doctor and the nurse.

Skin lesions are sent to pathology for testing and may take up to a week for the result. Some procedures performed at Shelley Hub Family Practice incur a fee. The usual practice is to return for results and removal of your stitches and payment will be required on the day.
